Cliff Baker
Cliff Baker is from Indianapolis, Indiana and completed his undergraduate degree in chemistry at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. While at Rose, he completed an internal summer research program and an NSF REU at the University of Akron, thereby confirming his interest in research. Currently, he is pursuing a PhD in Applied Chemistry at Colorado School of Mines after being stuck in the Midwest for the past 2+ decades. His research is in conjunction with Dr. Geoff Brennecka’s group on using solid state NMR to identify defects in ferroelectric aluminum nitride thin films. When not in the lab, Cliff enjoys reading, video games, and hiking.
